Stretch guide

Move and recover comfortably

Choose a recommended sequence or build your own, then follow each hold in the guided runner.

Quick start

Choose the areas that need attention

Select a recommended routine, review the sequence and choose Start stretching. Quick reset covers several areas when time is limited, while the upper-, lower- and full-body routines give you a more focused starting point.

Listen to your bodyChoose stretches for areas that feel tight, and keep each position gentle.

Make it yours

Build or adjust a sequence

  1. 1

Search the library or filter it by muscle group.

  2. 2

Use the plus or check button to add and remove stretches.

  3. 3

Use the arrow controls in Today's stretches to change the order.

  4. 4

During your routine

Use the guided hold timer

Pause

Previous

Returns to the stretch immediately before the current one.

Next

Moves on early if a position is not comfortable or suitable.

Exit

Leaves the runner while keeping your selected sequence.

The timer moves to the next stretch automatically when a hold finishes. You can always pause or move forward yourself.

Local first

Stretch without a connection

After the stretch library has loaded online once, it is saved locally for later offline use.

  • Your selected sequence is stored on this device.
  • An active hold can be restored after a refresh or interruption.
  • The exercise library checks for updates the next time you are online.

Safe use

Gentle tension is enough

Ease into each position, breathe normally and avoid bouncing. Stop if you experience sharp pain, numbness, dizziness or unusual discomfort. Seek appropriate professional advice if symptoms persist or you are recovering from injury.
