Hi,

I'm Sean, founder of DaPumpClub.

I'm dedicated to the gym, working out five days a week (most weeks!) but I'm also passionate about training, fitness, nutriton and the mentality needed to make the committment that leads to improved fitness levels, better physique, less stress and more confidence. I beleive anyone can find a suitable workout programme that meets their goals and for beginners that usually means starting slow and easy.

While gym staff can be friendly and informative I have particularly noticed that they won't be as engaged or interested in the longer term progress or needs of clients unless you're signed up to a personal trainer. Some gyms offer a 3 month "MOT" as an opportunity to review and track progress but gyms are busy places and you may not get the attention. My hope is that DaPumpClub can help by bringing some much needed planning, attention and motivation.
